3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Providing false information will result in account cancellation. The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active.

3.2 Password Protection

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

The following payment methods are currently available on runx88: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will be sent only to the same mobile banking number that was used to make the deposit.

4.3 Secure Transactions

4.4 Fraud Prevention

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000
  • Deposit ৳12,000 or more → ৳5,000 bonus → total ৳17,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Funds earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Bonus abuse, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to claim a bonus through any strategic betting method will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.4 Other Promotions

runx88 may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own specific terms, which will be detailed on that offer's page or by email. General terms and conditions will always apply.

6 Gaming and Betting Policy

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

runx88 is committed to ensuring fair play. Our game providers are internationally recognized — Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and other leading software companies are our partners.

6.2 Technical Errors

Results caused by a technical error or software malfunction may be considered void. In such situations, the wagered amount will be refunded. runx88 is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors.

6.3 Suspicious Activity

If evidence of collusion, match fixing, bot usage or any unethical activity is found, the relevant account will be immediately closed and funds may be forfeited.

7 VIP and Loyalty Program

runx88 has three VIP tiers:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback benefit per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback benefit per week.
  • Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback benefit per week.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback is added to active users' accounts every Monday according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST). Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback and will be communicated separately.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the runx88 platform:

  • Operating an account using someone else's identity.
  • Running betting operations through automated bots or software.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
  • Harassing or intimidating other users.
  • Using false information to claim bonus or promotion benefits.
  • Multiple members of the same household claiming bonuses using the same payment method.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

  • Financial losses caused by the user's own poor decisions.

Our total liability will in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by the user during the relevant period.
